We understand the problems that carers can have helping a female with a disability, which is why we can offer several suggestions to make your shopping easier.

To help you, we have an ‘Approval’ system for personal shoppers.  Come in and choose up to four items that you think may be suitable to show or try on the end customer. All we require is credit card details as security.  If everything is approved, call us and pay by credit card over the phone, or send in a cheque, or pay in cash personally.  We can also raise an invoice for guardians or trustees. Otherwise, return the items you do not need and pay for the items which meet with approval. 

While she is trying them on measure hems, on skirts, dresses, pants, cuffs, etc. and we can organise any alterations for you.  This also includes nighties, pyjamas and dressing gowns.  Please ask for alteration prices by emailing info@bettyannette.com.au or calling (02) 9955 4965.

If you cannot visit our store personally, call us for help.  Using your knowledge of the customer, we can post a selection of items, altered to the correct length and labelled with Cash’s woven name tags sewn in to all garments to the nursing home or hostel as required.  This includes underwear and sleepwear.

We can also provide a mobile service to retirement villages and nursing homes.
